Where are you located?

The Natural Skinn Company is inside The Knightlow Fitness  Studio at 175 Knightlow Road, Harborne, Birmingham, B17 8PY, first floor. There will be a buzzer on the wall, please press it, and we will let you in.


What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment changes/cancellations. If you don't let us know of any changes outside down, a 50% appointment fee will be charged to your card for the 48-hour win. No-shows will be charged a 100% appointment fee.


Can I bring my child to my appointment?

The Knightlow Fitness Studio is a shared space; so, everyone in the studio is advised not to bring their child with them to your appointment. 


Could you perform skin needling as my first treatment?

We will not perform skin needling as your first treatment (unless your skin is deemed suitable upon consultation). When inciting collagen production, we must ensure your skin is healthy and functioning so that it will do so correctly and efficiently when it repairs itself post-needling. In most cases, an individual will present with skin conditions such as dehydration, an impaired barrier, inflammation, sensitivity and acne. We must combat such diseases beforehand - which is why a non-negotiable consultation is required before your needling treatment. 


Can I be treated if I'm pregnant / breastfeeding?

Yes! most treatments we offer are suitable for pregnant / breastfeeding clients. You will always be notified if you cannot have a specific treatment while pregnant / breastfeeding.

Always seek advice from your healthcare professional regarding treatments while pregnant / breastfeeding.


Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we do! Gift vouchers can be purchased in-clinic only; please get in touch with us beforehand to ensure we are at the clinic to write up your coupon.

 

I popped by the clinic, but you weren't there during opening hours.

Apologies if you missed us! As we are by appointment only, please get in touch with us before popping by the clinic to ensure we are available. You can organise collection times via our online booking system if you wish to pick up a product or a physical voucher.
